Telegens is the Carrier-Class Premier Broadband Wireless Company in the Caribbean for voice, video and data including local and long distance services. Registered in St Lucia with offices at 1 Brazil St. Castries and has corporate offices located at 8 ½ Worthington Terrace, Kingston 5, Jamaica , which provides additional technical support to Telegens' customers.

Telegens Broadband Wireless is a data networking solutions company, developing technology to deploy networks for broadband wireless communications over the Island of Jamaica from the “first leap” to the last mile. Our fixed wireless broadband platform bridges the last mile, with a point-to-multipoint solution that replaces the local loop for large corporate clients, small businesses, and other organizations.

Our system allows first leap high-capacity, point-to-point wireless transmission, across extreme terrain impediments, for customers who want to bypass wired networks or have no wired options. Distances may be, for example, 15, 20, or 30 miles and to fulfill our commitment to sales and support, Telegens also has sales and support service representatives in the major population centers in Jamaica .

Our History: In 2001, Telegens established a comprehensive Island-wide wireless backbone using Clearwire “Spread Spectrum” technology primarily to serve gaming applications for the Jamaica Lottery Company. Since then the network has been improved considerably and now has broadband capability up to 32 Mbps and serves a wide variety of enterprise clients and Government entities.

Our Future: Telegens is always upgrading and enhancing our products to remain on the leading edge of wireless technology. Telegens also recently introduced Wireless Internet and advanced point-to-point broadband wireless system which provides high capacity transmission for wide area network (WAN) and metropolitan area network (MAN) environments.
